My Resume
Enneagram 3 - What does success motivation look like to me
As an enneagram 3, I am motivated by success, in that I value my ability to work hard and bring genuine fruit forward to the table.
A personal strength of mine in this, I do not fear failure. I believe all failure has the potential to make me better, and in the end, more successful.
A personal weakness I am currently working on in this is the value I put on others perceiving me as successful. Creating healthy spaces for vulnerability is a way I work to combat this weakness.
